"I think a lot of companies just put up with the ridiculously slow pace and high cost of traditional printing, because like me, they just didn't know any better. The technology is here, it's arrived. It's almost as if ViaTech is pulling printing and publishing out of the stone age and into the reality of today's business."

Corpex

Founded in 1950, New York-based Corpex Banknote prints stock certificates and corporate record books for newly incorporated companies. Corpex has over 30,000 clients and receives as many as 500 orders each day, primarily from large accounting and law firms across the nation. Each order represents a customized, one-of-a-kind print run of between 85 to 100 pages.

Rapid turnaround is important, but due to the sensitive nature of these documents, 100% accuracy is also required. Amazingly, Corpex promises that orders placed before 5:00 p.m. will be printed, collated, packaged, and delivered the very next morning.

How is this possible? How can one company deliver 500 custom printed packages of 85 pages or more to a multitude of clients within 24 hours? Well welcome to the future. Welcome to ViaTech.

Corpex worked in partnership with ViaTech to automate their internal order-processing system. This new system established a direct digital link to ViaTech’s on-demand printing process for one smooth, seamless process from order through delivery.

Ann B., Chief Operating Officer for Corpex could not be more pleased by the results, "Within the first year we substantially reduced our plant size, trimmed our operating expenses, cut our overhead by 58%, all while increasing our sales volume a whopping 45%. What use to take weeks now takes no more than a couple of days, and customer satisfaction has never been higher."
