Dale Carnegie Training has over 150 locations and nearly 5,000 instructors worldwide. They produce thousands of training publications each year. After nearly 80 years of conventional publishing, Dale Carnegie Training needed a new approach, one that afforded them the following competitive advantages:

• The ability to customize training publications as needed.
• The ability to print in quantities as small as 30 pieces economically.
• The ability to offer immediate turnaround, sometimes as fast as next-day delivery.

ViaTech worked closely with Dale Carnegie Training to develop an on-going ordering and publishing system that allowed them to completely customize training materials and then have them delivered whenever and wherever needed. Utilizing ViaTech’s global network, Dale Carnegie Training was able to save thousands of dollars each year by having material printed close to their final distribution point. European materials, for example, are printed in ViaTech’s UK facility, thereby reducing both shipping costs and delivery time.
