What programs are needed to view the eBooks I purchase from the ViaTech VPX™ ecommerce website?      

ViaTech eBooks™  are designed for ease of reading with Adobe Digital Editions and are protected by digital rights management (DRM) technology. You will need to install Adobe® Digital Editions software on the device or computer where you plan to read ViaTech eBooks. You can download and install Adobe DE from this link. 

What file formats are available from the ViaTech eBooks website?

ViaTech distributes eBooks in any of the following formats: epub, PDF, mobi. Both epub and PDF file formats may have embedded DRM protection. 

How do I put my eBook on my iPad?

To access eBooks and DRM protected files on your iPad, we recommend the BlueFire Reader app (available in iTunes). After purchasing an eBook on the ViaTech website, you will receive a download link via email. Click on the download link within your email or complete your purchase on your iPad to import your book. The ViaTech website is fully compatible with the Safari browser on the iPad. For non-DRM protected eBooks, use the iBook app and sync with iTunes.

How many times can I download an eBook that I've purchased?
