Whether you want to publish online or in traditional print, we’ll apply our publishing expertise to design the best end product to carry your message. We’ll take your project through prepress, also known as premedia, which is a rigorous process of ensuring the integrity of your message and preparing your project for production. ViaTech manages the process for you, with as little impact on your operations as possible.

The final design of your message varies with the digital format you select. You may plan to publish in ePUB or HTML, placing your content on a website or company portal. Or you may publish in PDF format, which allows you greater flexibility to distribute your message and add it to your digital asset management system. We understand the requirements of digital formats and will design with the end user in mind.

Prepress begins on your project once you’ve finalized design decisions, which cover the layout of your content, the artwork, color output, paper selection, binding and packaging options. Our preflight professionals check your files for page composition, proofread for spelling or typing errors, check fonts, review your associated art files for printability and support your brand guidelines.
